The Ministry of Commerce defamed a fuel company and its owner after issuing a court ruling convicting them of violating the anti-commercial fraud system as a result of involvement in fraud and deceiving consumers regarding the amount of fuel sold by reducing the quantity and using illegal measuring devices.
