Honestly, when I accepted the assignment, I never thought that one day I would be honored to be awarded the ASEAN Award, but thought it was very simple, just believing in the success of the Fatherland and trying my best.
Up to now, when AWEN has a certain position, an important voice in dialogues, I am proud to contribute to the process of raising awareness, encouraging people’s participation and contributions. ASEAN, realizing a people-oriented and people-centered ASEAN Community.
Empowering women or rather enhancing women’s rights is important to achieve inclusive and sustainable development in the ASEAN region.
