The Ministry of Health and Population said: Foods that give a feeling of warmth and enhance immunity include:

– Vitamin A is found in carrots, squash and leafy vegetables.
– Vitamin C is found in guava, orange, lemon, green pepper, and tomato)
– Zinc (legumes, nuts, dark leafy vegetables)
