A 61-year-old woman, identified as Cynthia Diekema from Davenport, Florida, tragically lost her life following a rare caiman attack at Lake Kissimmee, south of Orlando. Initial investigations suggest the attack was the result of an accidental encounter. The couple was canoeing in shallow waters, less than three feet deep, when they encountered a large caiman.
