Apple Fitness+ is about to update its catalog by introducing new scheduled content, and with release dates already defined, designed above all to encourage continuity of training throughout the year.
These are therefore not disruptive innovations that overturn the “technology” of the service with new interactions or gestures, or customizable video footage as we had hypothesized based on the teaser video published by Apple a few days ago.
The first three multi-weekly programs debut on January 5th. “Make Your Fitness Comeback” (for now we only know the names in English) it is designed for those who resume activity after a break; great for trying to get back into shape after the holiday binges.
“Build a Yoga Habit in 4 Weeks” instead offers a path spread over four weeks, naturally relating to Yoga.
“Back-to-Back Strength and HIIT” also arrives on the same day, which combines consecutive sessions of strength and high intensity training.
A week later, from January 12th, “Strength Basics in 3 Weeks” is added, introductory program focused on fundamental strengthening exercises.
New musical workouts with songs by KAROL G will also be included during January, integrated into the standard calendar of Fitness+ sessions.
