I have to honestly say that I slowly but surely say goodbye to the “project basketball”. The annual upheavals mean that it is no longer possible to build identification with a team.
Of course, I know that it is a “system -imminent” problem and that the FCB will definitely not have to deal with this problem alone. For me as a fan, however, it is unsatisfactory.
In addition, I will see light years from the European top in the coming season. If I remember correctly, the high gentlemen once said that it was the goal and claim of the FCB to permanently shorten the distance upwards. According to my (certainly not professional) evaluation, the current squad is significantly weaker than last season.
What those responsible do quite well is our German rotation. We are always quite good there, but this is primarily due to our budget! With the foreign actors, we simply cannot make it to ensure a certain continuity, everyone who brings performance leaves us immediately (Lucic is of course an absolute exception).
