Mazatlan, Sinaloa.- The Faculty of Social Sciences (FACISO) of the Autonomous University of Sinaloa (UAS) hosted an enriching course-workshop of photography, which had the outstanding participation of invited speakers by the renowned Sony company, who shared their professional experience and provided key tools to strengthen the technical and creative abilities of the students.

Maestro Jesús Armando Salas Rodríguez, director of the Faculty expressed the following: “Sony has put their eyes with the young people of Faciso to learn and develop more that talent they have in the photograph. The faculty is committed to all the students to continue learning and in case of communication, it is to develop their potential and put it into practice when they go out to the labor field.”

For his part, Antonio Guerra, professor at the Autonomous University of Aguascalientes and Sony’s speaker, said the following: “On the part of the Sony brand, what we are looking for is to invite students who know the teams and see the photographic scopes and also motivate them to take photography, that they approach the arts to all the artistic manifestations that take photos and content. That they use the time and part of the We will have is inviting them to enter a state of presence flow.

During the workshop, various topics related to the types of photography were addressed, accompanied by valuable anecdotes of the speakers in the workplace, which allowed attendees to have a closer and realistic vision of professional photographic work.

The event included practical dynamics in two main approaches: macro photography, taught by the teacher, who showed students how to capture details imperceptible to the naked eye and explore the world from a thorough perspective, in addition to portrait photography.

This activity not only allowed students to put into practice what they learned, but also open to new opportunities and perspectives within the photographic field, strengthening the name of the Rosalina house.
