Exp’Hôtel Bordeaux to showcase Innovation in Food and Hospitality

A three-day event in neo-Aquitaine will focus on sharing, transmitting, and innovating in the food and hospitality sectors.


The Exp’Hôtel fair in neo-Aquitaine is set to host caterers, cafes, restaurants, nightclubs, and other food industry professionals for three days of sharing, transmitting, and innovation. The event, chaired by Stéphane Carrade, Head of the skiff Club-Hotel Ha (A) Itza in Pyla-sur-Mer, will feature new initiatives and a extensive market offering with 370 exhibitors and 15 high-level competitions, including six new ones.

Organizers anticipate the presence of 140 starred chefs, MOF (Meilleur Ouvrier de France), and over 100 candidates participating in the various competitions and showcases.
