With a completely full auditorium, More than 100 doctors and nutritionists from the East participated in the Lipoless Masterclass – “Tirzepatide in practice: effective use and management”held at the Río Hotel by Bourbon. The meeting was organized by the Diabetes and Obesity Line of the Ethical Laboratorieswith the support of the Paraguayan Society of Internal Medicine (SPMI) and the Paraguayan Medical Society of Obesity (SPOMED).
The objective of the day was to offer the medical community of Alto Paraná a Robust and applied update on the use of tirzepatide in patients with diabetes and obesitybringing concrete tools to improve daily clinical practice.
The masterclass was led by the renowned specialist Dr. Marcella Garcez Duarte, nutritionist, master’s degree and doctor in Health Sciencesdirector and professor of the Brazilian Nutrology Association.
His presentation addressed the recent scientific evidence on tirzepatide, clinical benefits on glycemia, weight and cardiometabolic profilesmanagement strategies in different types of patients, tips to improve adherence and follow-up, real clinical cases; and the practical use of Lipoless in its different presentations: prefilled syringes and single- and multidose vials.
The level of interaction was one of the highlights of the eventwith numerous questions and a very enriching technical exchange between the professionals present.
