The decision, requested by the management of the family home in Vasto where the children have been welcomed since 20 November 2025, is contained in an order from the Juvenile Court of L’Aquila which, according to the first information that has emerged, orders the woman’s transfer to another facility. Transfer that will take place in the next few hours.
A decision “that terrifies us”. With these words Marina Aielloone of the psychologists who make up the team of experts of the ‘family of the forest’, commented on the decision of the juvenile court of L’Aquila.
“I haven’t spoken to the parents yet – he said as he entered the protected facility -, we are here to have the interview and see the children. I hope to be able to do so, this is my hope. This is an upheaval that has escalated in enormous and absurd severity”.
Childhood Guarantor: suspend transfer without mother
For the family of the forest, the Guarantor Authority for Children and Adolescents Marina Terragni expresses her opposition to the transfer of the children without the mother and asks that the decision “be suspended” pending “further independent medical investigation”.
In-depth study “aimed at verifying – he explains – the possible consequences of this transfer-separation on the health of the three children. And I therefore hope that the decision to transfer the minors, separating them from their mother, will be suspended pending the results of this new examination”.
