Monday September 15, 2025, at 6 p.m., at the Omnia, the city offers a new film debate dedicated to ESS and the history of adventure terrains. Registrations are open.
New ESS cinema-debate (Social and Solidarity Economy) proposed by the City and organized by the Association of Camps on the comet.
The public will be able to discover from 6 p.m. several short films on the history of adventure fields in France and have lighting and testimonies, between projections, on the part of educational actors and academics working on this subject.
Two short documentary films will be projected.
“The Land Production” by Ervin Davis (USA) shows how, in one of the poorest districts in the country of Walle, this playground allows children to do what they want with everything they find. A team of specially trained animators supports the game, convinced that children deserve to have the opportunity to control the content and management of their own game.
“Les Bois des enfants” by adventure grounds of the past/for the future (Tapla) tells how, in the 1970s, the city of Villiers-le-Bel welcomes its first playground for the adventure. A space for play and freedom open to all children in the neighborhood, without restriction. In July 2021 an adventure field again opened its doors in the small wood of Mont Griffard de Villiers-le-Bel.
During this evening, there will also be a projection of a sound slideshow on the association’s project in the Grammont district with a speaking of inhabitants or actors in the neighborhood.
