According to the deputy of the Nitra regional prosecutor, Jaroslav Maček, the letter informed about the decision that the investigation would not begin. The decision of the European Prosecutor’s Office is from September 2 of this year.

Why they decided not to start an investigation is not yet known. We are finding out the position of the European Prosecutor’s Office.

Half a million subsidy

In July, the Nitra Regional Prosecutor’s Office submitted to the European Public Prosecutor’s Office in Bratislava information about the suspicion of misuse of European funds in the case of the Rural House of Malanta.

In 2016, the Agricultural Payment Agency approved a subsidy of over 550,000 euros for this hacienda during the Smer era.

It was hidden from the public until spring, although it should function as a recreational facility for tourists. When we wanted to stay there in the spring and now in the fall, we didn’t go, although the villa looked empty.

That guy already said it

Minister of Agriculture Richard Takáč from Smer last week was the first in TA3 to mention the decision of the European Prosecutor’s Office not to investigate the hacienda in Nitrianske Hrnčiarovce and the letter of September 17. How he knew this information was not discussed in any way in TA3.

After the outbreak of the hacienda case, the European Prosecutor’s Office also started dealing with another hacienda with ties to Bödör Fafokan, which is in Sebechleby near Krupin.

On Monday, we reported that there is another luxury road in the field near Fafokan for over a million euros, which ends at a hunting lodge.
