The fair “The Street of Books” will take place this Saturday the 20th, from 6 p.m., in Peatonal San Martín, between Colón and La Paz, in Paraná. Independent labels and bookstores will participate, offering a diverse catalog of new and used books for all ages. It is organized by the Secretary of Culture of Entre Ríos.
The fair will have stands and titles of fiction, non-fiction, poetry and narrative, biographies, journalistic, historical, fanzines, among others.
The Secretary of Culture, Julián Stoppello, valued “sharing the work of the province’s bookstores, publishers and writers with the public of all ages, also promoting the habit of reading.” The objective, he stressed, is that those who circulate along the main public promenade of the capital of Entre Ríos can find in the book an option as a gift for Christmas. Also, promote the work of authors, editors and booksellers from Entre Ríos.
“The street of books” is part of Cuac! (Active Culture), an annual program of cycles, meetings and events that the Ministry of Culture develops throughout the province and that covers the different artistic disciplines.
