In Washington, Ellen Brabo is the winner of the mayoral election against outgoing Mayor Donald Sadler. News 12 is at the Ell Hotel with Brabo to get her thoughts on the results.
Brabo’s win, who is also the owner of the Ell Hotel, comes after she filed a federal lawsuit on Oct. 28 regarding the City of Washington’s bed and breakfast ordinances.
