We interviewed Mr. Akka, a time-saving cooking researcher who is a user of the Instagram automation system “Elgram” developed and provided by Mishona Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Fukuoka City, Fukuoka Prefecture, Representative Director: Takahiro Suzuki).
Akka found a solution to the problem of not being able to generate sales even though the number of followers was increasing, by using Elgram’s automatic response function and arranging the sales flow.

Akka is a mother of two who lives in Hyogo Prefecture and is a cooking expert who shares time-saving recipes that make delicious food easy.
He is known as the “eye wrap expert” for his cooking methods that utilize the heat-resistant bag “eye wrap,” and has over 240,000 followers on Instagram.
She has a chef’s license and publishes many highly reproducible recipes that support the daily lives of busy mothers, with a focus on “easy recipes” that use microwave ovens and heat-resistant containers. He has a track record of publishing recipe books, and his work is based on the concept of “anyone can do it using tools found in every home.”
■Background and issues before introduction
Although the number of followers was steadily increasing, a major issue was that actual sales and responses were not increasing as expected. He was worried about the situation where, “Although many people see my posts, they don’t lead to action.”
One area that was particularly burdensome was dealing with DM (direct messages). In a previous recipe distribution project, we had to manually send DMs to over 100 people, and a huge amount of time was wasted adjusting the text and managing the sending status.
Since it took away the time I wanted to focus on interacting with followers and creating new projects, I felt strongly that there was a need for a system that could produce results efficiently.
■Decision factor for introduction
In the summer of 2025, I decided to take on the challenge of selling homemade recipe content for the first time, and with the desire to reach as many people as possible, I was looking for a system to increase the response to my posts.
