Al-Marsad newspaper: Experts said that eating eggs with some other ingredients can cause indigestion and reduce the body’s ability to benefit from the nutrients contained in them, according to the Times of India newspaper.
1- Tea
A study, published in the journal Nutrition, revealed that drinking tea with eggs can reduce protein absorption by approximately 17%
2- Soy milk
Eating it with eggs can affect protein absorption.
3- Meat
You should avoid eating eggs with meat, especially in large quantities. Both eggs and meat are rich in protein and fat, making this mixture heavy and difficult to digest.
4- Sugar
Sugar is rapidly metabolized and can cause a destructive chemical reaction when combined with the amino acids found in eggs.
5- Banana
Combining eggs and bananas may burden the digestive system. Both foods are dense and take longer to break down in the stomach. Therefore, eating them together can lead to bloating, slow digestion, and a feeling of heaviness.
