He guided without ever having taken his driving license and with insurance not in order (plus other violations): now he will have to pay a maxi fine of 8,039 euros.
It happened in Olginate where on Friday morning, during a place control aimed at the prevention of violations in the field of the Highway Code – in particular to the verification of the regularity of the vehicles in transit with insurance and revision – the local police patrol made up of the commander Matteo Giglio and the deputy commander Francesco Carroccio stopped a vehicle with a man residing in Brianza on board.
The car was also in a state of administrative detention
Following a check, the driver then turned out to be without the driving license, because he has never achieved. The vehicle on which he traveled was not in compliance with insurance and review, as well as being in a state of administrative detention.
The man were thus contested 4 penalties to the highway code. First of all, the violation of article 116 relating to driving without a license with 5,100 euros fine; Article 193 on non -insurance coverage with 866 euros of sanction; Article 80 for failure to review 173 euros and finally article 214 on the tax stop 1,900 euros.

“These checks – commented the mayor of Olginate Marco Passoni – wanted by the administration for security and prevention reasons. It is clear that if a person drives with a non -in -order vehicle risks causing enormous damage to the community, above all, as in this case, if he has not even obtained the securities to conduct the car.
