Citizens who, for various reasons, received income from the Institute during 2025 will receive in the coming weeks will be able to download the CU directly online, on the institutional portal or via app.
When will it be available? Within the canonical deadline of 16 March INPS will have to transmit the tax and social security data contained in the CU to the Revenue Agency and to the interested parties.

Single Certification: who receives the CU 2026 from INPS?
The INPS 2026 Single Certification provides a summary of the sums that the Institute has paid to citizens during the previous year.
In practice, by doing so, INPS certifies the amounts paid to the recipient pensions, performance welfare programs such as the inclusion allowance or even support tools such as thesingle check.
Specifically, the CU is processed when the following types of are perceived throughout the year incomes:
- of employed and similar workers;
- of pension;
- self-employment;
- of commissions and other income.
“In the case of multiple benefits provided, a single form is developed which certifies all the income paid in the previous year”, explains INPS on the institutional portal.
The document, therefore, is useful for the purposes of tax return.
INPS Single Certification 2026: when is it available and how to download it
The Single Certification developed by INPS, which as mentioned is useful for submitting the tax return, will be available on the institutional portal starting from 16 March.
By accessing the institutional portal with their credentials, citizens will find the CU in the section “Your services and tools” o “Pension and Social Security”.

CU INPS 2026 also via app and PEC
While waiting for the publication of the usual INPS circular with the instructions for this year, it is useful to remember that as in previous years, for 2026 there are also other ways to obtain the Single Certification 2026 developed by INPS.
Those who wish to proceed online can use theINPS Mobile app or the email. In the latter case, interested parties can:
- send the request via PEC to the address [email protected] and attach a copy of the applicant’s identity document;
- request the CU at the address [email protected]for those who do not have a PEC address.

INPS Single Certification 2026: all the ways to obtain the CU
In summary, the ways to obtain the INPS CU 2026 are different online That offline:
- via the portal or app;
- through the territorial structures of the Institute;
- via PEC or via paper shipment;
- relying on CAF, Patronages, intermediaries;
- requesting it from the Municipalities.
Furthermore, the INPS 2026 Single Certification can also be requested by one delegated person and give it heirs of the deceased person.
In both cases it will be necessary to equip yourself with copies of identity documents and one will also be needed for the heirs declaration in lieu of affidavit.
