The management of the CIUSSS MCQ specifies that this generous donation will allow the acquisition of specialized equipment, perfectly adapted to the needs of children living with a physical disability. Among these new tools are seats offering personalized adjustments, a mini wheelchair for training, as well as two assessment batteries used in occupational therapy. This equipment will help improve the comfort and autonomy of young beneficiaries, while optimizing the clinical interventions of health professionals.
The CIUSSS MCQ recalls that, thanks to the commitment of these partners, the mission of accompaniment and support to families in Centre-du-Québec has reached a new stage, making it possible to go even further in improving the quality of life of children with physical disabilities.
