Nunkirchen. The DRK Noswendel-Nunkirchen is calling in Nunkirchen on Tuesday. January 6th from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. to donate blood in the Saalbau, Pastor-Fuchs-StraĂźe 14. Every blood donation can save lives. Only if many people continue to donate blood will care for sick and injured patients remain safe.

Reserve an appointment: You can book a blood donation time quickly and easily at www.blutspende.jetzt or via the free hotline (08 00) 1 19 49 11. Stay healthy: Anyone who is at least 18 years old and feels healthy can donate – there is no longer an upper age limit.

Please bring: ID card or driver’s license.

Strengthen yourself: drink enough and eat something before donating.

Take your time: Allow around an hour – the actual blood donation only takes five to ten minutes. Then you stay lying relaxed for about ten minutes.

Enjoy: The Red Cross offers a small snack afterwards.
