DL Construction conducted fair trade training for executives and employees.

DL Construction announced on the 20th that it held the ‘2025 DL Construction Compliance Day’ at One Grove in Magok-dong, Gangseo-gu, Seoul on the 19th.

This event was attended by 41 officials, including DL Construction CEO Yeo Yeong-chan, and under the theme of the Fair Trade Compliance Program (CP), appointment of compliance officers for each department, awards for excellent CP compliance sites, voluntary compliance oath, and fair trade-related training were conducted.

CP refers to an internal compliance system that companies introduce and operate on their own to comply with fair trade laws. This is a system introduced by the Fair Trade Commission in 2001.

DL Construction planned this event with the goal of strengthening the self-compliance culture and raising employees’ awareness of the fair trade self-compliance program.

A DL Construction official explained, “In particular, control, such as risk assessment of CP operations, can be strengthened through autonomous compliance officers for each organization,” and “We can identify risks that may occur at the department level early and increase the level of prevention.”

He continued, “This Compliance Day is an important step toward spreading the fair trade voluntary compliance culture,” and added, “We will continue to strengthen CP operations and increase the law-abiding capabilities of our executives and employees to establish a transparent and fair trading order and establish ourselves as a fair company.”
