Diddy Accusations: Guilty on 2 Counts

O rapper Sean “Diddy” Combs was considered guilty of two of the five charges against him in your criminal trial. The jury verdict was announced on the morning of Wednesday (2).

Combs faced five accusations: one conspiracy for extortion, two of sex trafficking and two of transport for prostitution.

He was considered guilty only in the two charges of transport for prostitutionand innocent in the other three.

Count 1: EXTRORSION CONSPIRATION – INNOCENT
Counting 2: Sexual Trafficking for Poor, Fraud or Coercion -Refers to victim 1 (Cassie Ventura) – INNOCENT
Count 3: Transportation to engage in prostitution -refers to victim 1 (Cassie Ventura) and commercial sex workers – GUILTY
Count 4: Sexual Trafficking for Poor, Fraud or Coercion -Refers to Victim 2 (“Jane”) – INNOCENT
Count 5: Transportation to get involved in prostitution -refers to victim 2 (“jane”) and commercial sex workers – GUILTY

Sean Combs was considered guilty of the two accusations with the shortest time of maximum penalty.

Prosecution 1 leads to the heaviest penalty, with a maximum penalty of life imprisonment. Accusations 2 and 4 have a minimum penalty of 15 years and a maximum of life imprisonment. Accusations 3 and 5 lead to a maximum penalty of 10 years each.

After the verdict is decided by the group of 12 civil judges, It is up to the case judge, Arun Subramanian, decide what will be the penalty of the defendant.
