But four years ago, Detlef Steves, who was suddenly missing some teeth, finally found the solution for himself – in a conversation with a friend. “It was also a process that took a long time, but I now understand that I only eat when I’m hungry and stop when I’m full,” he explains openly. In the end, it wasn’t much more complicated, emphasizes the TV star.
