Federal consultation: project to modify the law on debts and bankruptcy
The Council of State supports the revision of the law on debts and bankruptcy (extract of the prosecution register, electronic notification and online auction). However, it offers certain additions and modifications to the preliminary draft in order to supplement and ensure more harmonious integration into the law on pursuit for debts and bankruptcy.
