While Debby Pfaff is gradually preparing for her fiftieth birthday on 30 May, she seems to have found her balance more than ever. After a period of change, including her separation from Nicolas Liébart, she let life come off today. And that also applies to love.
In Het Laatste Nieuws, Debby responds to recent rumors that she would have a relationship again. Her answer is sincere and light -hearted at the same time: “Real? (Laughs) No, you know.” She admits that there is occasionally a date: “I am dating, but nobody is special.”
With that she immediately makes it clear that her heart is not just the best single open for the first time. On the contrary, Debby does not intend to get carried away by fleeting attention. “If I want, I can go out with a man every day,” she says without detours. “But that is not necessary for me. I am not someone who is seduced by superficial attention.”
No hurry, but hope
Yet she keeps the door to a new love ajar. “I still believe in a spontaneous click, with someone I really get to know,” it sounds hopeful. If that click comes, it doesn’t have to be big or public for Debby. “And if that happens, then it will all go in very private circle.”
