The latest technology at CES 2026: A mirror that can read your future

At the web exhibition CES 2026, the startup NuraLogix presented a revolutionary smart device – Longevity Mirror. Using a built-in camera and artificial intelligence algorithms, this full-length mirror is able to assess a person’s health indicators within 30 seconds and display the results immediately. As the NRA portal informs, this technology promises to provide insight into a person’s long-term health predictions, based on analyzes that can predict health risks up to 20 years ahead. The Longevity Mirror is designed for individual use to help people better understand their current health status and health trajectory. Last year at CES, NuraLogix introduced the Anura Magic Mirror, which offered similar health analytics but wasn’t available to the general public. The new Longevity Mirror will be available for purchase in early 2026.

How does Longevity Mirror work?

The Longevity Mirror is based on NuraLogix’s patented Transdermal Optical Imaging (TOI) technology. Its principle of operation is based on the analysis of facial blood flow patterns using a standard video selfie. These invisible blood flow signals are processed by computer vision and artificial intelligence algorithms trained on data from hundreds of thousands of patients. The device is capable of assessing several health indicators, including cardiovascular and metabolic disease risk, physiological or biological age, mental stress levels and heart health. Results are summed into a Longevity Index score system ranging from zero to 100, providing an overall health assessment and prognosis for long-term health. This method is unique in its non-contact approach, as no blood, urine or saliva analysis is required. Although the mirror provides immediate feedback, some measurements, such as blood pressure, are still under FDA review.

Options and prices offered by the smart device

Longevity Mirror offers not only the analysis of health indicators, but also an integrated artificial intelligence health assistant that is able to interpret the obtained data and provide personalized recommendations in the areas of sleep, physical activity, nutrition and stress management. The device supports up to six user profiles, making it suitable for family use. Users will also have access to an additional One-Touch Health Concierge service that connects them to health and wellness professionals such as nutritionists and health coaches. The Longevity Mirror is scheduled to launch in early 2026 and will retail for $899, which includes a one-year subscription. From now on, the annual subscription will cost 99 USD. The optional One-Touch Health Concierge service will start at $399 per year, depending on availability and health partner network.

Innovations and expert opinions

The Longevity Mirror is part of a broader trend of “longevity tech” that is increasingly showing up at tech shows like CES. These technologies are often used to help people improve their quality of life and extend healthy lifespans based on everyday decisions. However, technology and health experts warn of potential measurement accuracy and data privacy issues, especially at a time when regulation of general welfare products is being eased. Although AI technologies have potential in the medical industry, they can promote bias and provide inaccurate information. Therefore, it is important to remember that such technologies cannot completely replace a qualified medical professional.
