- The LfDI RLP team also highlighted the „Data Act“which has been valid in all EU member states since September 2025 after a twenty-month implementation period – and discussed its relationship to data protection law with the participating companies.
- The IHK for Rheinhessen provided insights into the specific data protection challenges of Small and medium-sized companies (SMEs) including possible solutions.
