They were considered the model couple of German reality TV: Daniela Katzenberger (39) and Lucas Cordalis (58). However, in her new book the truth comes to light. Apparently the two were about to end their marriage. In “Cat Goes Muscle Soreness,” the cult blonde unpacks and reveals why their everyday life suddenly became a battlefield.
The book is actually dedicated to Katzenberger’s path to the bodybuilding stage. Her breast reduction also plays a big role in this. But what is most surprising is the relationship crisis with her Lucas Cordalis.
“We wanted to divorce”
In «Cat goes sore muscles – paws up, get out of the basket! “My strength training for you” Daniela Katzenberger reports on how she lost weight together with her personal trainer Tobias Wendeler and learned how much sport and nutrition can change your life – physically and mentally. The reality star also describes her experiences in bodybuilding competitions.
Katzenberger’s family apparently had to suffer especially in the weeks beforehand. “A kind of torture-starvation battle for survival” is how she describes the preparation time, during which her mood was in the basement due to the special competition diet. For Lucas and her it was “a blatant test of our relationship”: “We slept in separate rooms for a while. Argued 15 times a day. At least. And almost as often we wanted to get a divorce.”
In the end, the marriage lasted – and Katzenberger feels better than ever as a result of her transformation. In her book, in which she also gives readers tips for training and nutrition, motivational tricks and simple recipes for everyday life, she writes: “I have never been as satisfied with my body as I am today.”

From cup size F to D
In December, Daniela Katzenberger separated from her large breasts. The 39-year-old suffered from it for years. In 2021 she had her breasts tightened and enlarged to size F. Visually she liked the result very much, but physically it became increasingly torture. “It was an ordeal that lasted almost two years,” Katzenberger admits in the RTL interview. She suffered from severe migraines, shoulder pain, back pain and eye pain, she explained.
Especially after losing weight through intensive training for the bodybuilding competition, her large bust size no longer suited her. In an Instagram video from December, the TV actress wrote: “Bye bye, migraine boobs!” The cat is happy that her XXL breasts are now smaller again – she now wears a cup size D. “And I can finally wear normal bras again,” says the mother of a ten-year-old daughter happily.
