The Irfisthe regional financial institution, has approved a moratorium for outstanding mortgages. Anyone who has an ordinary loan with the Institute (based on own funds) can submit he asks, claiming to have suffered damage caused by Cyclone Harryattaching a communication to the competent authorities (Municipality, Civil Protection or other interested body) reporting the damages.
The moratorium concerns both the capital share and the share of interests, lasts for all of 2026 (including any January installments). THEupon maturity of the loan it is extended by one year and the interest will be spread over future installments.
The expiration to submit the application is set at 10 March. The request must include all the necessary documentation and the indication of the financing for which the moratorium is requested and must be sent via certified email. a moratoriaciclone@pec.irfis.it.
