The so-called “trafficking court” is one of the parts that make up the complaint presented by MPRJ (Public Ministry of Rio de Janeiro), which details the operation of the CV (Comando Vermelho) in the Penha Complex.

According to the MP, the CV’s top leadership in Complexo da Penha, Edgar Alves de Andrade, aka “Dock” or “Bear”, He is the one who gives orders for the torture to take place.
The complaint shows that he uses WhatsApp groups to issue commands, manage trafficking and determine the execution of individuals who go against their interests.
The duo “BMW” and “Gadernal”

The man was also reported for assaulting and torturing a victim. At a certain point during the attacks, he questions whether the individual “I want to die soon”.
The victim agonizes and asks the criminal to end the cycle of aggression, which culminates in his death.
