Responsibilities adn Requirements
the Customer Advisor will be the primary point of contact for customers throughout their contract lifecycle. Key responsibilities include:
- Welcoming, advising, and retaining customers through personalized experiences across various communication channels.
- Supporting customers in navigating and utilizing their personal online accounts.
- processing routine operations related to financing contracts, including administrative and financial modifications.
- Assisting providers and the internal network by addressing requests in accordance with established procedures.
- Identifying opportunities for service advancement and escalating relevant information.
- Recognizing commercial opportunities and directing customers to appropriate services.

Compensation and Benefits
The position is a temporary assignment with immediate availability. The proposed salary ranges from €26,000 to €33,000,commensurate with experience and qualifications,and includes additional benefits such as RTT (reduced working time),teleworking options,a 13th-month bonus,and meal vouchers (TR).
