Responsibilities adn Requirements

the Customer Advisor will be the primary point of contact for customers throughout their contract lifecycle. Key responsibilities include:

  • Welcoming, advising, and retaining customers through personalized experiences across various communication channels.
  • Supporting customers in navigating and utilizing their personal online accounts.
  • processing routine operations related to financing contracts, including administrative and financial modifications.
  • Assisting providers and the internal network by addressing requests in accordance with established procedures.
  • Identifying opportunities for service advancement and escalating relevant information.
  • Recognizing commercial opportunities and directing customers to appropriate services.

Candidates should possess a higher education degree (bac +2 to 5) and demonstrate a passion for customer relations, coupled with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written. Proficiency with computers and web-based tools is also essential.

Compensation and Benefits

The position is a temporary assignment with immediate availability. The proposed salary ranges from €26,000 to €33,000,commensurate with experience and qualifications,and includes additional benefits such as RTT (reduced working time),teleworking options,a 13th-month bonus,and meal vouchers (TR). Extensive training will be provided to all new hires.
