Three people from Campania aged 44, 42 and 41, defended by the lawyers Michele Maria Gambini and Diego Ruggeri, were directly summoned to trial for the crime of damaging a car parked in the car park of a club on the outskirts of Perugia.
The Perugia Prosecutor’s Office accuses the three of having, “in concert with each other, damaged the car with license plate…” owned by a 33-year-old Albanian, “scratching it all over the side on the passenger side, committing the act on the aforementioned vehicle, located in the parking lot in front of the bar…, and therefore exposed out of necessity, by custom and for public display”.
The episode occurred in Castel del Piano on the night between 2 and 3 September 2019 and would be the consequence of a traffic dispute that had occurred shortly before between the three defendants and the owner of the damaged car.
