Lawsuit Alleges Faulty Vaccine Caused Lasting Health Issues

A 58-year-old man is suing a major biotechnology firm, claiming his post-vaccination health problems stem from a defective vaccine. The case is currently before the Salzburg Regional Court.
Andreas Tschoner, 58, from Hallein, initiated legal action against the mainz-based vaccine producer Biontech at the Salzburg Regional Court in October 2022. The civil dispute continues to unfold more then two years later.
Legal Battle Over Vaccine Side Effects Continues
The civil law dispute is still two years and eight months later.
The core of the lawsuit revolves around Tschoner’s assertion that health issues he has experienced as receiving the vaccine are a direct result of a flaw in the vaccine itself. The Salzburg Regional Court is now tasked with evaluating the evidence and determining whether a causal link exists between the vaccination and Tschoner’s reported ailments.
