Concord Man Dies in Homer Township crash

A Concord, Mich. man has died following a single-vehicle accident in Homer Township on Thursday night,according to reports from the Calhoun County Sheriff’s Office.
The incident occurred at approximately 11:08 p.m. on M-60 near 29 Mile Road, which is about four miles east of Homer, Mich.
Deputies reported that the 39-year-old man was driving east on M-60 when his vehicle left the roadway and overturned.
Investigators beleive the driver was ejected from the car during the crash.
According to deputies, medical personnel arrived quickly and provided care, but the man succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
As of Friday, the Calhoun county Sheriff’s Office stated that it is indeed still unknown whether speed or alcohol played a role in the crash.
