A month after the Kick 2025 career in the Baunatal Rundsporthalle, there is again reason to enjoy the Melsungen comprehensive school: Students Benedikt not only secured the trophy in the kicker final, but also the main prize-a kicker table for his school.

This was presented by Alexander Starke, Vice President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry (IHK) Kassel-Marburg, and Enrico Gaede, team leader of the IHK education advice. “The career kick shows how modern professional orientation can work-playful, directly and at eye level. The kicker table is not just a price, but a symbol that training can be fun and open up perspectives,” says IHK Vice President Alexander Starke.
Kicker meets a career
The event brings training companies and young people to a table – at the kicker table. In mixed teams, they play warm for the subsequent exchange via training positions. The relaxed atmosphere ensures real conversations and surprising opportunities.
With 342 young people, 42 companies – including 17 repeaters – the career Kick was again a success. Many companies even came with trainees that they had won through the format in 2024. Title defense 2026? Training is already underway in Melsungen.
