Eat five fruits and vegetables per day: this elementary food advice is well known today. As for its application, it turns out, it is well recognized, much more random. Hence the need for public authorities not to release their efforts in terms of communication and awareness.

And this is precisely the subject of the National Nutrition Health Program carried by Promotion Health Bourgogne-Franche-Comté. This aims to promote a balanced diet, regular physical activity and the reduction of social health inequalities linked to nutrition. Beyond the basic recommendations in nutrition aims to promote all types of awareness action in connection with the actors of health, education and food.

This is how this Thursday, September 25, a departmental meeting involving communities and active companies was held in Lons-le-Saunier. Placed under the leadership of Phanie Bouvret, project manager and prevention at the Regional Health Agency, this event allowed participants to work on nutrition health issues but also to benefit from a sharing of experiences.

The opportunity to discover the projects launched or to come from Lons-le-Saunier and its agglomeration. Pell-mell, among the actions appearing in the 2026 calendar: the development and facilitation of the practice of cycling, the organization of dancing teas to move the seniors, the establishment of a pedibus towards the schools of the city.

Recharge your bike by pedaling

Ecla plans to install a bicycle station that allows recharging, pedaling, phones and computers. The distribution of organic baskets to pregnant women is in reflection for a renewal. Carafe water consumption will be encouraged as well as short circuits will be favored during events. Among others.

“The charter that the State and the city of Lons signed with the Regional Health Agency makes it possible to enhance the actions carried out and also to mobilize reflections around these subjects of nutrition and health and thus act to avoid avoidable disorders by prevention”, welcomed Phanie Bouvret.
