Cindy Crawford’s Secrets to Physical Fitness and Confidence
As someone who has made her fortune largely through her looks, physical fitness is important to the supermodel. Crawford attributes her well-being to her daily routine of skin care, dry brushing, intermittent fasting, and exercise.
In the past, the American has revealed that her “standard workout consists of 20 minutes of cardio followed by strength training three times a week” – followed by 30 minutes to an hour of bicep curls, strength training, squats and lunges. In another interview, she also revealed: “When I’m at home, I do a bit of intermittent fasting, so I usually don’t eat breakfast until 10 a.m. I usually work out before breakfast.”
