“We are firm in the fight against illegal species trafficking and fauna protection,” said Douglas Rico.
The director of the Corps of Scientific, Criminal and Criminal Investigations (Cicpc), Douglas Rico, reported on the arrest of the citizen Kenny José Pérez García, 40, for devoting himself to the sale of exotic animals through the social network Facebook.
The man offered African hedgehogs, ferrets and parakeets, in addition to promoting two copies for $ 50 each.
