The asset declarations of the members of the Capital Assembly were published on Friday evening. We have collected what has changed compared to last year for the mayor, faction leaders and some representatives.

Gregory Christmasthe mayor of Budapest is still the half owner of a II. district apartment and a holiday home in Siófok. He has more than HUF 61 million in bank debt compared to last year’s HUF 30 million, and his debt to private individuals is HUF four million, last year this amount was HUF 3.7 million. As mayor, his gross monthly income is nearly HUF 4.5 million.

Alexandra of Saint Kingthe faction leader of Fidesz in Budapest, remains the half-owner of a 102-square-meter and an 85-square-meter XII. district apartment, as well as an apartment in district I, which is 49 square meters. He also owns a 728 square meter property in Balatonkenes. He has more than HUF 68 million in securities and almost HUF 51 million in bank debt. In addition to his work in the capital, he receives HUF 1.7 million gross per month as a consultant for Fidesz.

Dávid Vitézythe leader of the Podmaniczky Movement, owns a 113-square-meter apartment in District I. His is the XI. district, one-third of an 82-square-meter property, and a 67-square-meter condominium apartment. The XII. district on his mother’s side, he inherited a part of a house from Ágnes Hankiss, and he inherited a sixth part of a house in Óbuda from his father, László Vitézy, who died two years ago. In addition to these, he owns a third of an orchard in Balatongyörök. He inherited an Audi A4 from his mother’s side three years ago. He also obtained most of his securities in this way. A private individual owes HUF 3.5 million and has a loan debt of HUF 45.9 million, last year this amount was HUF 47.5 million.

His investments have increased somewhat: he has six and a half million in government bonds, almost two million in shares, and another 2 and a half million forints in his ETF portfolio. However, his bank debt is significant: HUF 69 and a half million. Barabás also earns HUF 400,000 a month as a self-employed person in addition to his representative’s salary and apartment rental.

Bujdosó for AnnaTisza’s capital faction leader, according to his asset declaration, he still has his 116-square-meter condominium apartment in Üröm (more precisely, he owns 90% of it), and he hasn’t parted with the Toyota CHR he bought in 2021 either. His portfolio of securities grew slightly, from 35,000 to 38,000. The employee shares of Shell have decreased by a few pieces in a year, but even now the package has 12,322 pieces, the value of which the representative indicated: 385,670 euros, which is almost HUF 147 million. In addition, his pension insurance increased from HUF 5.6 to HUF 6.4 million, and his private pension fund savings increased from HUF 10.5 to HUF 11.6 million. In addition, he had a total of HUF 1.6 million in various HUF and foreign currency accounts in the bank, which is much less than the HUF 13.7 million in the same accounts in last year’s asset declaration – this is a significant loss of HUF 12 million. On the other hand, this is compensated by the fact that his other incomes have increased: while as a self-employed person he did not declare any income a year ago, he has now declared a monthly amount of 1.1 million. In addition, you can still count on 1.6 million in quarterly employee stock dividends from Computershare Investor Services Ltd. From the same source, he declared almost 1.5 million forints as a price gain from the sale of employee shares – a year earlier, he had much more income from Computershare, because at that time he also entered an employee stock option worth 6.2 million forints, and 2.6 million as a price gain. He still has no debts or economic interests.
