Chef Jean Imbert is facing a complaint filed on Saturday, August 23, by a former partner alleging domestic violence and sequestration, according to reports from Elle and The Parisian. The complainant, former actress Lila Salet, is among four women who have publicly accused the celebrity chef, with testimonies published in April by Elle.

Salet, 33, alleges a “Relationship marked by constant psychological disputes and pressures” in her complaint. She detailed physical violence, including “Several slaps in the face,” and told investigators that Jean Imbert allegedly “Could not bear that she could leave him alone and join her apartment, always wanted to know the content of his telephone exchanges, reproached her for her past relations, but also to be”Dressed like a whore “smoking or drinking a drink from time to time “.

The alleged incidents occurred in 2012 and 2013. While the statute of limitations may have expired for domestic violence (six-year period), the charge of confinement carries a twenty-year statute of limitations. Justice officials could also open an investigation into the older claims to identify any more recent victims.

Lila Salet previously spoke about Jean Imbert’s behavior in July, in Elle and in an Instagram video, describing him as “An extremely violent man” in words and actions, stating she received “Huge slaps.” She saeid she initially filed a complaint after he allegedly broke down her door, but withdrew it after Jean Imbert expressed concerns it could damage his career.

On August 19, another of Jean Imbert’s accusers, Alexandra Rosenfeld, came forward. The former Miss France and columnist confirmed she is one of the four women. “I am not looking for light or revenge. But what I experienced was violence “, she wrote in an Instagram post, accompanied by an x-ray of her nose broken by “A whim”. She also claims to have been a victim of “Faisse”.

Alexandra Rosenfeld stated she has not pursued legal action against Jean Imbert: “There is no complaint, no trial, it was over ten years ago and even if I still have this radio, which has damaged us is not seen, so how to judge it …”

Jean Imbert has consistently denied all allegations against him.
