A new music video from the masked band President has ignited a fresh wave of speculation among fans, eager to unmask the musicians behind the music.
The band President, known for keeping their identities under wraps, has released a new music video, prompting fans to share theories about who might be behind the masks.
President first gained attention after being added to the lineup for this year’s Download Festival. The proclamation was surprising, considering the band had no previously released music, a blank online presence, and zero disclosed facts about its members.
Since then, they have gradually released music, including the single ‘In The Name Of The Father’ last month. This led many fans to believe that the anonymous frontman was actually Charlie simpson, the singer from Busted and Fightstar.
Now, the band has further stirred the pot wiht a music video for their latest single, ‘Fearless’. The track features heavy guitar riffs and powerful drum parts, with the band members appearing completely masked. Vocal distortion is also used, subtly disguising the singer’s voice.
The video concludes with the singer removing the mask, revealing a face that is definitively not Charlie Simpson. Though, some fans are convinced that this reveal is a intentional misdirection.
