struggling with the impact of the deluge. Train services have also faced
major disruptions, further compounding the challenges faced by commuters.

In a separate incident, 53 houses were reportedly crushed in the taluk
region, highlighting the severity of the situation in certain areas.Agricultural activities have also suffered, with “Walclacy farming”
experiencing significant losses due to the adverse weather.

In response to the crisis,relief efforts are underway,with “A total of
66 camps open in the state” to provide shelter and assistance to those
displaced by the floods. Authorities are working to ensure that affected
residents receive the necessary support and resources during this
challenging time.
