Registration is open for Boss’s Housea new reality show created by Boninho, with multiplatform exhibition on RECORD and Disney+. The competition invites anonymous people passionate about reality to experience the first edition of a new format in Brazil. In less than 24 hours, the site received 50% of the number of available registrations.
Every reality fan has imagined themselves on the other side of the screen, commanding the gamemaking the decisions, being “the Boss” of the game. And for a lucky few, that wish could come true in 2026. Boss’s House It will be a game that will test leadership, strategy and coexistence. Throughout the experience, participants will be challenged to make decisions, lead groups, face conflicts, deal with the consequences of their choices, revealing, in practice, what is most human in each person.
“Boss’s House It is born from an old desire to return to the essentials of realities: real people, real relationships and choices that have consequences. It’s a game about leadership and coexistence, where no one is comfortable all the time, and that’s exactly where people reveal themselves and where competition happens”, says Boninho.

Registration for the first edition of Casa do Patrão is now open and must be done exclusively through the portal R7.com. To participate, you must be at least 18 years old, fill out the full questionnaire and send a presentation video. For those who want to sign up, Boninho leaves a message: “We don’t want a super elaborate video. We want to get to know the participant.
