Now the “Främling” star reveals what went wrong on the Valentines date, and what she got permission to.

Carola Häggkvist (59) has received a lot of attention recently – and now she’s laughing out loud at herself.
In a post on social media, the Swedish artist reveals that she actually fell asleep a bit during a Valentines concert earlier this year. The reason? It was simply too peaceful and beautiful.
“I rested my eyes and fell asleep a little during the Valentines concert, because it was so peaceful and beautiful, and I was probably a little tired too,” writes Carola.
The artist quickly adds that she made sure to rest when the light was not on her.
On a date with a Norwegian
The artist also reveals that she was at the concert with a man, but that it was nothing more than a good friend, a good dinner and a concert with lots of lights.
“Nice man, not boring either, but no more than a good friend,” she writes.

Carola explains that the man turned out to be Norwegian, which obviously made it extra difficult for him.
“He also turned out to be Norwegian, so it was a bit of an extra setback for him,” she writes with a series of smiley faces.
“Hard to catch chic”, so to speak!
Norwegian marriage behind him
It is not the first time Carola has had a Norwegian in her life. The artist was married to the Norwegian pastor Runar Søgaard (58) from 1990 to 1999, and together they have a son Amadeus (27).
After the divorce, Carola has been open about the fact that she has not found the right one. She has previously stated that she is picky when it comes to love, and that she would rather be alone than in the wrong relationship.
Now it seems that things went wrong again – this time with another Norwegian. But Carola takes it all in good spirits.
– Ha ha… I laughed out loud when I read the headline! Finally some humor. And the story is true!, she writes.

Now Carola is looking forward to the Christmas concert at Scandinavium, where Viktor Norén will be her guest and the choir By Grace with musicians.
– This is going to be something very special tomorrow, I feel, she writes.
