The Sintra Court considered this Monday, in a unanimous decision, that Carloto Cotta is innocent in the case of rape and kidnapping of a woman, according to the newspaper Express. The actor was acquitted of all charges.

The case dates back to May 2023, when, according to the Public Ministry‘s accusation, Carloto Cotta had committed the crimes against a woman at his residence in Sintra.
