Pascal receives citizen’s money, but the “hard and warm” protagonist can still afford a decent amount. He also has the nursing care fund to thank for this, which transfers him hundreds of euros.
It almost seems as if citizen benefit recipient Pascal is receiving one windfall after another. The young man from Mannheim is part of the RTLZWEI program “Hartz und cordial”, which is actually supposed to show the real lives of socially disadvantaged people. But the unemployed 24-year-old gives the impression that he has more than enough money.
The controversial “Hartz und cordial” protagonist recently received a pension of over 2,000 euros, and now he is awaiting the next transfer. He announced on TikTok: “I’ve also sorted out the care allowance thing for January.” And to the annoyance of his followers, Pascal continues: “That will come next week, on December 29th.”
Pension, nursing care, child and citizen benefits! “Hartz and cordial” Pascal receives money from various places
Pascal, who, to the horror of the “Hartz und cordial” viewers, earns money in his job center program, also receives care allowance. He doesn’t reveal how much the sum is – it depends on his level of care. Since no care allowance is paid for care level 1, Pascal must be at least in care level 2.
For this he would be paid 347 euros per month. If his level of care is higher, it would be even more. For many viewers this is incomprehensible: “Why care allowance? He can do everything on his own that others need help for!” Thanks to care and child benefit, as well as other payments from the job center, citizen benefit recipient Pascal should actually have enough money to live on.
And yet the man from Mannheim is still incurring debts, even though he is already in personal bankruptcy. He doesn’t pay the outstanding bills and simply waits them out. Instead, he spends the salary from the job center on all sorts of entertaining jokes: the “Hartz and cordial” protagonist uses a trip to Frankfurt, a full-body suit and gambling on the slot machines to squander money.
And he now has enough time for that: after only two weeks of work, he needs a break, which is why citizen benefit recipient Pascal announces his vacation on TikTok. He wants to have a good time over the holidays – and with the financial blessing from the nursing care fund, it’s even better! (str)
