The National Aquaculture and Fisheries Commission (Conapesca) will begin From March 9 to 22, the renewal of Banco del Bienestar cards for the Bienpesca program, an essential procedure prior to annual payment.

The call applies to all the beneficiaries who made up the 2025 registry, even if your card has not expired.

The dates, times and places of delivery will be announced shortly on the official Conapesca channels and on our accounts and Wellness Programs website.

The process will be carried out by Conapesca with the support of the Delegations of Wellbeing Programs in the 32 entities of the country.

To receive the new card, people must present only the original and a copy of their voter ID card and recent proof of address.

The procedure is direct, free and without intermediaries. Anyone offering to expedite delivery or annual payment in exchange for money is committing fraud. For anonymous complaints, the line 800-PESCADEN is available and also the WhatsApp number 669 915 6915.

Bienpesca is aimed at strengthening the production of small-scale fishermen and aquaculturists. The program provides annual financial support of 7,500 pesos, directly to the card holders, and also includes training actions.

With this program, the Government of President Claudia Sheinbaum promotes better conditions for communities dedicated to fishing and aquaculture, in order to fulfill the constitutional mandate of providing support to those who carry out these activities on a small scale.
