You will join a firm made up of 3 partners, 2 associates and 1 assistant to work with Maître Blandine Verger, partner in charge of the “Real estate law, town planning and construction” department.
The partner is looking for a lawyer to retrain her team, due to the imminent move of her colleague to another region.
This will involve providing advice and litigation, mainly in matters of:
- Town planning law (town planning authorization litigation): 30%
- Construction law (contractual execution, liability, expertise): 30%
- Real estate law (ownership, sale, co-ownership, neighborhood): 30%
You will also have the opportunity to intervene more at the margins on questions of general administrative law and public domain and environmental law (wind power, ICPE).
You will work on files from A to Z in partnership with the partner: contact with clients, reflection on strategy, drafting of conclusions, expertise, pleadings, etc.
The partner’s clientele is mainly made up of individuals, but also local authorities, businesses and associations.
Travel is expected mainly in Normandy and Île-de-France (hearings and expertise).
You will work with Secib software, with access to Doctrine, Dalloz, etc.
