AEW brodcaster and former World Champion Bryan Danielson recently joined UNSCRIPTED by Josh Mansourand he had some words regarding his former rival, Maxwell Jacob Friedman (MJF). When asked who is currently the most overrated wrestler in the industry, Bryan Danielson quickly named MJF as his choice.
Bryan Danielson stated (via Fightful), “MJF,” adding on why he’s the most overrated wrestler, “It’s easy to say because I can say it in a way that is in story because he’s the most hated person in AEW. Then, I can get him, if he hears this, to question, ‘Does Bryan actually think that about me?’ Which is a double win for me.”
MJF was in action last night at the CMLL 92nd Anniversary show, losing the CMLL World Light Heavyweight Title to Mistico. The former AEW World Champion now heads to Toronto where he faces Mark Briscoe in a Tables ‘n’ Tacks match at AEW All Out 2025. Tonight’s show will be broadcast live on pay-per-view.
