Broccoli casserole with cheese
Ingredients for 2 people:
- 500 g of fresh broccoli
- 70 g grated cheese (e.g. Emmentaler)
- some wheat flour (smooth)

- 1 cup of sour cream
- 100 ml milk
- Salt
- Pfeffer
- A pinch of nutmeg
- Butter
- 2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
preparation:
- Clean the broccoli, wash cold, cut them into small florets and blanch in salt water for about a minute. Then briefly dip the broccoli in a bowl of ice water and drain thoroughly.
- In the meantime, preheat the oven to 200 degrees upper/bottom heat. Then brush a baking dish with butter and sprinkle with crumbs. Mix the sour cream, cheese, milk with egg and flour and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. The sauce should be viscous.
- Put the blanched broccoli roots in the baking dish and pour the cheese mass over. Finally, sprinkle the casserole with a little cheese and bake in the preheated oven for about 40 minutes until the cast is nice and golden brown and throws bubbles.
- Take the broccoli casserole out of the oven, let it cool briefly and arrange.
